DJ Industries is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our in-house team.
This is an in-person position — not remote. You’ll be assisting customers with order questions, helping with returns or issues, and responding to messages across platforms in a fast-paced but supportive environment. We’re looking for someone who’s friendly, professional, and able to communicate clearly and effectively.
Requirements:
– Strong communication and problem-solving skills
– Must be punctual, reliable, and detail-oriented
– Comfortable using phones, email, and chat
– Able to stay calm and professional under pressure
– Experience in customer service or e-commerce is a plus
– Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus but not required
